My Background


My name is Ingrid Jaeger and I teach Yoga at a variety of locations on Cape Cod.


I am a graduate of the Kind Yoga School 200-hour Teacher Training Program and am currently working towards my 500-hour certification at the Summers School of Yin Yoga.

 In 2001, I decided to change careers and move to Cape Cod where I began working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and fitness instructor.  I started teaching a weekly yoga class at my gym, and have been teaching yoga ever since.   I’ve studied with some incredible teachers along the way including Josh Summers, Tias & Surya Little, Nikki Meyers, Bo Forbes, and many other gifted instructors in my community.

It is my wish to introduce people to the mental and physical benefits of yoga and to share with them how they can incorporate yoga into their daily lives regardless of their age or lifestyle. I enjoy customizing my yoga classes to the students’ needs and allowing them to explore the various aspects of the practice.

I offer both regularly-scheduled group classes and 1-on-1 private sessions and small private group classes.
