Private sessions are an opportunity for to you receive one-on-one attention to address your specific needs and accelerate your journey. Many of my clients find that private sessions are a vastly different experience from group yoga classes.
Whether you are recovering from an injury or working to deepen and expand your practice, you will learn how to practice yoga so that it brings the maximum healing benefit to your life.
Our work together will include instruction on breathing exercises, postures and adjustments specifically tailored to your body and what you want to accomplish.
What to expect?
Prior to a private session, I will spend some time speaking with you about your needs so that I can customize the session for you. I can travel to you and hold the session in your home, or we can meet at a local studio near Osterville or Falmouth.
Some clients meet with me once, and other students see me for an extended period of time. Whatever you decide, I’m happy to design a program that works for you.
1-2 people - $100/1 hour session for individuals or couples
Special package: $350/ 4 sessions for 1-2 people
3-4 people - $125/1 hour session
5-8 people- $150/1 hour session
