My name is Ingrid Jaeger and I am a full-time yoga teacher living and working on Cape Cod. I believe there is a suitable yoga practice for everyone regardless of age or body type that will put you on a path to improve your physical and emotional well-being.
Let’s face it, life is challenging. When we’re not taking care of ourselves we can start to feel depleted, discouraged and exhausted. Is your body chronically tense or in pain? Do you feel anxious most of the time, have trouble sleeping, or managing your stress level? It is possible to create new habits and find peace and tranquility in your life. Tools such as Yoga, QiGong, Breathwork and Meditation have been around for thousands of years because they work. I know this, because all these tools have helped me in more ways than I could have ever imagined.
Several years ago, I found the courage to leave a career that made me feel miserable and empty. I had to make some difficult changes in my life so that I could move forward in a different way. I began with a simple goal in mind: spend more time pursuing things that I love, and step away from situations that were draining my energy.
Today, my classes are infused with a unique blend of all the various techniques I’ve studied. I look forward to an opportunity to share with you what I’ve learned along the way.
