Private Sessions: Yoga + Qigong

Private sessions are an opportunity for to you receive one-on-one attention to address your specific needs and accelerate your journey. Many of my clients find that private sessions are a vastly different experience from group yoga classes. Sessions can be provided virtually or in-person.

Whether you are recovering from an injury or working to deepen and expand your practice, you will learn how to practice so that it brings the maximum healing benefit to your life.

Our work together will include instruction on breathing exercises, postures and adjustments specifically tailored to your body and what you want to accomplish.

What to expect?

Prior to a private session, I will spend some time speaking with you about your needs so that I can customize the session for you.  I can travel to you, meet you at a local studio, or arrange a virtual session. 

Some clients meet with me once, and other students see me for an extended period of time.  Whatever you decide, I’m happy to design a program that works for you.

Rates 

  • 1 person: $120/hour

  • 2-3 people: $140/hour

  • 4-5 people: $160/hour

  • 6 or more: Starts at $180/hour

*Rates apply to locations within a 20 mile radius of Sandwich, MA. Please contact me if you’re interested in booking a session outside of this travel area.
**Virtual sessions via Zoom are available for a discounted rate.

The more you support your employees in multiple aspects of their well-being, the more your company will grow and thrive.  Scientists have found evidence that a regular yoga and meditation practice reduces stress and improves concentration, which ultimately helps to increase productivity levels. 

Lower back pain, neck strain and carpal tunnel syndrome are just a few examples of problems that may develop over time. I can provide custom designed classes (on-site or virtual) for all-levels that will address a wide variety of issues.


Ingrid led an amazing Yin Yoga practice on Zoom for our office during Covid. A salve for us all really, her class is stretchy and meditative; my mind/body is always in a good place thereafter. These sessions have been a great team building and health focused activity for our staff. We took the summer off, though I wish we hadn’t; we’re starting up again with more of our team joining.
