Lower back pain, neck strain and carpal tunnel syndrome are just a few examples of problems that may develop over time. I can provide custom designed classes (on-site or virtual) for all-levels that will address a wide variety of issues.


Ingrid led an amazing Yin Yoga practice on Zoom for our office during Covid. A salve for us all really, her class is stretchy and meditative; my mind/body is always in a good place thereafter. These sessions have been a great team building and health focused activity for our staff. We took the summer off, though I wish we hadn’t; we’re starting up again with more of our team joining. I can’t wait.
